Suzi Dailey Group has held a number of incredible Luxury Events to showcase the estates of thier high profile clients and at the same time benefit a number of local worthy causes. Here below are just a few examples of some of the Special Events held at some of Suzi Dailey's listings.


The Philharmonic House of Design was held this year at a listing of Suzi Dailey's in the gorgeous community of Ritz Cove, next to the Five Star Ritz Carlton Resort located on the Ocean in Dana Point. This magnificent event supports providing musical instruments and musical education to children who might not have the opportunity to learn, play or listen to beautiful music. Well known local Interior Designers showcase their talents by decorating individual rooms in the home which visitors are invited to explore. Held at a spectacular oceanfront home, Suzi and her team worked tirelessly with the Philharmonic House of Design volunteers, the Designers, the generous community of Ritz Cove and the wonderful owners to help orchestrate this event. The Event was a massive success and raised over $30,000 for children. The home was sold by Suzi Dailey just prior to the event for $11M, and the event was a grand success.


Held to benefit Juvenile Diabetes and to showcase outstanding charitable deeds by local citizens, this was a fabulous event at a huge luxury property. Suzi Dailey held this event at her stunningly beautiful listing located at 31540 Peppertree Bend, a five acre estate with a koi filled lake. Sponsored by Orange Coast Magazine and Saks Fifth Avenue, along with other generous vendors such as MAC cosmetics, this was an A-List event at every turn. Pro football players, US Olympic Gold Medalists, National Hockey players, Orange County Housewives, models and high profile business people filled this fabulous home. Many generous and philanthropic guests were recognized and awarded for their incredible charitable works to aid others in this area such as NFL football player Matt Leinert. Linda Goldstein, of Orange Coast magazine and the owners of this incredible home deserve much gratitude and thanks by all for their tireless work and efforts. The evening was a delight of unlimited eye candy, fun toys, delicious catered food, fashion accessories, photography, awards and recognition. The proceeds benefited Juvenile Diabetes, and fun was had by all. The home later sold for $7.2M, a record in San Juan Capistrano at that time.


Benefiting the Mission Hospital Cancer Institute, this special event was centered around making Cancer survivors feel beautiful and special. Funds raised went to benefit the Mission Hospital Cancer Institute. Held at a magnificent Suzi Dailey Oceanfront Listing, this event provided an opportunity for visitors to have their hair and makeup professionally done, then to be dressed in a designer gown and to be photographed by one of Orange County’s leading photographers, Lisa Renee. Cece, the international clothing designer who creates dreamy luxury resort wear, provided a collection of silky glamorous gowns for the women to wear. Models strolled through the home, showcasing the gorgeous collection of clothing, while guests sipped champagne and munched on appetizers overlooking the waves of Salt Creek Beach. Big Charity Event Held at 31541 Peppertree Bend

Held at the gorgeous 31541 Peppertree bend estate listed by Suzi Dailey, this fabulous charity event benefited the local Big Brothers and Big Sister’s Chapters. Featuring a raised runway with Models strutting along under the stars with the backdrop of the ocean behind them, guests were treated to quite the show. Wearing fabulous designer wear along with some intimate attire, the models danced and sashayed along to the music as they pirouetted before the crowd. Venues were set up throughout the festive event showcasing small business owners selling purses, jewelry, accessories and clothing. Bistro lights hung over the pool and guests dined on a lovely catered dinner and enjoyed cocktails on this 5 acre hilltop estate overlooking the ocean and lights below. Guests were chauffeured up the long driveway in private Valet automobiles, and the evening was magical. All proceeds went to benefit the Big Brother Big Sisters organization, and tireless volunteers from Morgan Stanley helped organize the event alongside Suzi Dailey and her amazing Real Estate team.
